• Charles S. Kifer, 17, Ellendale, DE
• White male, 5’08” tall, 150 lbs, brown hair, and blue eyes.

Ellendale, DE- The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Charles S. Kifer, 17, of Ellendale, DE. 

Kifer is a white male, 5’06” tall, and 150 lbs. He has a medium build with brown hair and blue eyes. Kifer was last seen leaving his residence located in the 400 block of Main Street in Ellendale and has not been seen or heard from since.   

Charles Kifer’s medical condition is such that there is a real concern for his safety.

The Delaware State Police are asking if anyone knows the location of Charles S. Kifer to contact the 9-1-1 call center or Troop 7 at 302-644-5020. Citizens may also provide a tip by texting keyword “DSP” plus your message to 274637 (CRIMES).  Tipsters may also provide information through lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333.
