DSP News Release:  State Police on Scene of Serious Motor Vehicle Crash

Location: Sussex Highway and Old Furnace Road, north of Seaford, DE

Date of Occurrence:  Sunday, March 27, 2011 at approximately 4:05 p.m.

Resume:   

The Delaware State Police are currently on the scene of a serious motor vehicle crash on Sussex Highway and Old Furnace Road in Seaford. Initial indication is that the crash involves and overturned vehicle with a subject trapped. The crash has the southbound lanes of Rt. 13 closed at this time. Commuters are asked to use alternate means of travel around the area.
