Magnolia-1300 block Peachtree Run-Delaware
State Police Kent County Drug Unit and the
(DSP) Kent County Governor’s Task Force
yesterday executed drug search warrants in
the Dover and Magnolia areas of Kent County.
State Police upon entering a residence in
the 1300 block of Peachtree Run Magnolia
apprehended William J. Preston, David L.
Preston and Dominick D. Bailey for crimes
related to illegal drug distribution.
The residence which belonged to William and
David Preston was searched and resulted in
the seizure of 2.6 grams of crack cocaine,
2.8 grams of marijuana, a digital scale and
a loaded Inter-Arms 9mm handgun.
William and David Preston, Dominick Bailey
were all charged with distributing cocaine
and marijuana over a three month period.
Dover-Autumn Run Apartments-Yesterday
Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit
in a separate investigation into drug
activity also executed a search warrant on
the unit block of Webbs Lane Dover
Delaware.
The drug search warrant was executed at the
home of Roger C. Barlow and his wife Robin
A. Barlow both of Dover. Roger C. Barlow
during the last three months is alleged to
have sold quantities of marijuana from his
home and vehicle.
The search of the Barlow’s residence
resulted in the seizure of 4.0 grams of
marijuana. State Police charged Roger
Barlow and his wife Robin Barlow with
Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping
Controlled Substances and Endangering the
Welfare of their 2, 4 and 7 year old
children located inside their residence
which contained illegal drugs.
Arrest Dispositions:

William and David Preston, Dominick
Bailey along with Roger C. Barlow were
all remanded to the James T. Vaughn
Correctional Center in lieu of bond.

Robin A. Barlow was released on $4,500
unsecured bond.
