Smyrna-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit are issuing a public notice for a Homeless Sex Offender in the Smyrna Delaware area. 

William W. Ridgeway Jr is NOT wanted; however he has registered as a Homeless Sex Offender.  If anyone has information of Ridgeway residing in a specific residence please notify the State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit at 302-841-8087.
