Frankford- Tuesday March 8, 2011 Ocean View Police Department investigated a suspicious vehicle in the Woodland Park development off of Center Avenue Ocean View.  Ocean View Police made contact with the occupant Cody L. Daisey-23 of Frankford Delaware and discovered Daisey had an active arrest warrant out of State Police Troop 4. 

After being turned over to State Police Cody L. Daisey was charged with 10 crimes related to burglary and theft.  Daisey was charged in incidents reported to have occurred between September 2010 and February 2011.  Daisey is alleged to have entered several residences in Frankford and Georgetown.  Once inside Daisey stole assorted jewelry.  Daisey also stole scrap metal from the Custom Mechanical Inc. property located in Frankford. 

After stealing the jewelry Daisey would pawn these items for cash.  Daisey also took the scrap metal he stole and sold it at savage yards for cash. 

Daisey was arraigned and incarcerated on $17,000 secured bond.
