DSP News Release:  AMBER ALERT CANCELLED FOR MISSING 8 YEAR OLD

Lincoln- Troopers have located 8 year old Oliver Hicks and he is reported to be safe and good condition.  Investigation is still continuing with updates to be released when received.

Delaware State Police wish to thank the media outlets for their assistance and support with our Amber Alert Activation.
