When Troopers arrived they learned that Quincy S. Miller and a 30 year old Lincoln woman had been involved in a domestic dispute.  The incident began when the victim returned home early Friday morning along with another female friend (30 year old Felton woman).

Miller who was watching the victim’s children was waiting outside the victim’s residence for her to return home.  Once the victim arrived home Miller immediately confronted her and began verbally abusing his girlfriend for an unknown reason.

During the argument Miller briefly entered the victim’s house and returned with a kitchen knife.  Miller began chasing the victim around her yard before she was able to leap into the passenger side window of her car.

Miller continued to menace the victim and entered the car after her.  While fighting off Miller the victim sustained multiple lacerations to her arm.  A second victim (30 year old Felton woman) attempted to intercede and was grabbed around her neck by Miller and pushed to the ground.  Both victim sustained minor injuries.  Information on whether the victims received medical treatment is not known.

Miller then fled the scene, however was apprehended a short time later at his residence.  Delaware State Police charged Miller with Assault, Aggravated Menacing, Child Endangerment and Offensive Touching.

Following arraignment Miller was incarcerated into the Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $13,500 secured bond.
