-Failure to Re-register as a Sex Offender

Wilmington- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is currently looking for a 46 year old Wilmington man after he failed to register as a sex offender.

Investigators currently have a warrant on file for Roland B. Griffin, 46, for one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Griffin had been a registered sex offender in Delaware but had been incarcerated in Maryland. Upon his release Griffin returned to Delaware and as such was required by law to re-register as a sex offender. Griffin has failed to do s0. Roland Griffin has ties to the Van Buren Street area in Wilmington, as well as the Dover and Seaford areas. 

Investigators are asking anyone who may know the location of Roland B. Griffin to call the Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit at 302-741-8086.
