The incident occurred at approximately 8:25 p.m. on Monday, June 13, as two male subjects approached a 66 year old male who was sitting on his porch at a residence in the 800 block of N. DuPont Road, Wilmington. The victim advised investigating troopers that the subjects stated to him that they had just been overcharged at the Charles Liquors, also located in the 800 block of N.
