DSP News Release: Smyrna Man Arrested for Exposing Himself

Defendant: Brady, Noll, 26, Smyrna, Delaware
Charges: Indecent Exposure (3 counts)
Bail Information: Arraigned at JP Court 11. Released on $750.00 unsecured bail.
Resume: Odessa- A 26 year old Smyrna, DE man has been arrested following the investigation of three separate indecent exposure incidents that occurred in May and June in Townsend, DE.
On Saturday, June 11, Brady Noll, 26, turned himself in to state police at Troop 9 in Odessa, DE after recognizing his picture in the media as the suspect in several indecent exposure incidents that had occurred at the Valero Shore Stop in Townsend. Noll was interviewed and released pending further investigation.
On Monday, June 13, 2011, troopers obtained warrants charging Noll with three counts of indecent exposure. He again turned himself in and was the arraigned at JP Court 11. Noll was then released on $750.00 unsecured bail.

DSP News Release: State Police Seeks Help in Identifying Indecent Exposure Suspect

Resume: Townsend-Delaware State Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an indecent exposure suspect. The incidents occurred on two occasions during the month of May and more recently on June 5, 2011.
The investigation revealed the crime occurred at the Valero Store stop located at 4296 DuPont Parkway Townsend Delaware. The white male suspect entered the business and walked around for several minutes before purchasing “rolling” papers.
The suspect while waiting for his change would expose his genitals to the victims and then walk out of the store. The suspect is believed to be in a newer painted yellow pickup truck (approximate year in the 2000’s). The full size pickup truck also displayed a farm tag for registration and has a high lift backend.
The suspect is described as a white male, twenties, 5’10” 220 lbs, short wavy/curly hair, full beard and muscular build.
