Resume:

Dover-Delaware State Police Sunday June 12th charged Tyeshia M. Heath-21 of Dover Delaware with stabbing her boyfriend during a domestic altercation.  The incident was reported around 7:00 am when neighbors overheard the domestic altercation from the 200 block of Chenault Court Dover Delaware.

 

When Troopers arrived to Chenault Court the 28 year old Dover man was visibly injured bleeding from his shoulder.  The victim was admitted to Kent General Hospital and treated for a stab wound and lacerations.  The victim is listed in stable condition. 

 

Heath and the victim were involved in a domestic altercation when Heath reportedly retrieved a knife having an 8 inch blade.  During the altercation Heath is alleged to have stabbed the victim at least once.  The argument was over an undisclosed personal matter.

 

State Troopers following the incident apprehended Heath outside the Autumn Run Apartment complex located on Webbs Lane Dover.  Heath was taken into custody without incident. 

 

Heath was charged with Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony, Assault Second Degree and Reckless Endangering.  Heath following arraignment was released on $14,000 unsecured bond.
