• Failure to Re Register as a Sex Offender Within 3 Days After Address/Place of Employment Change

 Seaford-The Delaware State Police SOAR unit is seeking assistance in locating Keandre Smith-20 a Tier II Sex Offender from Seaford Delaware. 

Keandre Smith in May of this year reported his address as being on the 29000 block of N. Oak Grove Road Seaford Delaware.  Members of the Sex Offenders Registration and Apprehension Unit (SOAR) have attempted several times to verify Smith’s address unsuccessfully. 

Smith is required to re-register within 3 days after an address or place of employment change.  Smith may possibly be staying around the Lewes Delaware area.  The SOAR unit has obtained an arrest warrant for Smith for this violation. 

The Delaware State Police SOAR unit is requesting information concerning his whereabouts.
