***UPDATE- McDuffie Apprehended***

 

Resume:

New Castle-  Tarail L. McDuffie was apprehended on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 after a tip was received that he was in a home located in the unit block of Revelle Court, in the development of Hampton Green, New Castle. Troopers responded to the residence and took McDuffie into custody without incident. He was then arrested and charged with one count of escape after conviction. He was arraigned at the New Castle County Family Court and then committed to the New Castle County Detention Center for lack of $1,000.00 cash bond.

DSP News Release: Troopers Attempting to Locate Escapee

 

Location: Moulds Cottage, 1825 Faulkland Road, Wilmington, DE

 

Dates of Occurrence:   Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.

 

Suspect: 

 

-Tarail L. McDuffie, 15, 2600 block of N. West Street, Wilmington, DE

 

5’05” tall, 125 lbs, black hair, brown eyes

 

Charges:

 

-Escape after Conviction (warrants on file)

Wilmington- The Delaware State Police are currently searching for an inmate of the Moulds Cottage who failed to return after a weekend pass yesterday.

 

Troopers are asking the publics assistance in locating Tarail L. McDuffie, 15, who failed to return to the Moulds Cottage located on the grounds of the New Castle County Detention Center in the 1800 block of Faulkland Road, Wilmington after being granted a weekend pass. McDuffie was permitted to leave the grounds on Friday, May 27, 2011 and was to return on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. McDuffie is currently serving a 90 day sentence on a burglary conviction. Detectives have obtained warrants on Tarail McDuffie charging him with one count of Escape after Conviction.

 

Anyone who may know the location of Tarail L.
