DSP News Release:  Delaware State Police on Scene of a Fatal Crash

• US 13 S/B just N/O Delaware Avenue Harrington Delaware

• Friday July 29, 2011 7:27 a.m.

Resume:

Harrington-Delaware State Police is currently on scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash on US 13 southbound in the area of Delaware Avenue just N/O the Harrington city limits. 

The crash was reported around 7:27 a.m. and preliminary indications suggest it is a single vehicle crash involving 1 fatality. 

Southbound US 13 traffic is currently being diverted onto Hopkins Cemetery Road and routed back through the Town of Harrington.  Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes and expect long delays.
