Charge: Failure to Re-register as a Sex Offender

Milford- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is searching for a 39 year old Milford, DE man after he failed to re-register as a sex offender.

Investigators have obtained a warrant for David L. Elder charging him with one count of failure to re-register as a sex offender after investigators learned that he had moved from his last reported address located in the 6700 block of Griffith Lake, Milford. By law David Elder, who is a medium risk tier 2 sex offender, has three days to report a change of address. Elder has failed to do so.

Investigators are asking anyone who may know the location of David L.
