  • James H. Gibbs Jr-36 200 block W. Clogg Drive Dagsboro, (last known address)
  • BM, 5’08” 198 lbs Black-hair Brown-eyes
  • Tier II Sex Offender (Moderate)
  • Failure to Re Register as a Sex Offender Within 3 Days After Address/Place of Employment Change

 

 

 Resume:

 Dagsboro-Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration unit has obtained an arrest warrant for James H. Gibbs Jr of Dagsboro Delaware for failure to re-register within 3 days after an address or place of employment change. 

 

Delaware State Police SOAR members performed a compliance check in the 200 block of W. Clogg Drive Dagsboro (Holiday Acres MHP) for Gibbs, a Tier II sex offender and discovered he has relocated.
