-Alice Samuel, 29, Newark, DE

-Black female, 5’03” tall, 130 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes

-She was last seen operating a white 2002 Mazda Millennia with a Pennsylvania registration of HPR6076.

Newark- The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for Alice Samuel, 29, of Newark, DE. Samuel was last seen leaving the Horizon House located in the 200 block of Chapman Road, Newark, in a white Mazda Millennia with Pennsylvania registration HPR6076 at approximately 12:15 p.m. this afternoon and has not been heard from since. She is described as a black female, 5’03” tall, 130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

Samuel's medical condition is such that there is a real concern for her safety.

Troopers are asking anyone who may have any information as to the whereabouts of Alice Samuel to contact Troop 6 at 302-633-5000.
