The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration unit is issuing a public notification regarding 3 registered Sex Offenders who have registered as being homeless in Kent County Delaware.  Keith Baynard-21 of Dover, Joseph T. Bunner-28 of Dover and Joseph H. Pierson 3^rd- 54 of Smyrna are Not Wanted.
