Homeless Sex Offender Notification- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit are issuing a community notice regarding 2-Tier III and a Tier II sex offender who have registered as being homeless. 

Lee A. Cunningham Jr-63 of Wilmington, Roland Carter-51 of Dover and Samuel L. Flamer-35 of Rehoboth Beach are NOT WANTED but in accordance with registration guidelines have registered as being homeless in their respective communities. 

If citizens have information that Cunningham, Carter or Flamer are residing in a specific residence please notify the SOAR unit at 302-741-8086.
