Millsboro-The Delaware State Police early Sunday morning charged Nicholas J. Fell-50 of Georgetown, DE for 6^th Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol after he was observed speeding on a motorcycle.

The incident occurred early Sunday morning July 17, 2011 at approximately 1:00 a.m. in the area of State Route 24 and Bay Farm Road, Millsboro, as a Trooper on a patrol utilizing moving radar observed a 2005 Harley Davidson traveling over the posted speed limit.

The Trooper conducted a vehicle stop and after further investigation Fell was charged with his 6^th Offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and related traffic offenses.  Fell was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution for lack of $6200.00 Cash Bond.
