The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit are issuing a community notice regarding Tier 2 registered sex offender who has registered as being homeless. 

Lamar A. Curtis has registered as homeless in the Wilmington area.

Curtis is NOT Wanted and this release should serve as a community advisory.  If citizens have information that Curtis is residing in a specific residence please notify the SOAR unit at 302-741-8086.
