DSP News Release: Troopers Investigate Convenience Store Robbery

 

Location: 7-11, 2100 Foulk Road, Wilmington, DE

 

Date and Time of Occurrence:  Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 10: 50 p.m.

 

Suspect:  White male, 5’10”-6’02” tall, 165-185 lbs. He was last seen wearing all black clothing and was armed with a hand gun.

 

Victim:  43 year old male employee

Wilmington- The Delaware State Police are investigating the robbery of a Wilmington area convenience store that occurred late yesterday evening.

 

The incident happened at approximately 10:50 p.m. as a male suspect dressed in all black clothing and wearing a ski mask, entered the 7-11 located in the 2100 block of Foulk Road. The suspect displayed a hand gun and then confronted the 43 year old clerk. He then demanded and received cash from the store register before fleeing to a waiting car in the parking lot. The suspect was last seen traveling on Grubb Road. The clerk was not injured.
