• 5’03” 174 lbs Black-hair Brown-eyes

Active Arrest Warrant:

• Registered Sex Offender Failed to Verify Address as Required

Wilmington-Delaware State Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Shaalih Brock-20 of Wilmington Delaware.  Brock a Tier 2 Registered Sex Offender originally registered as residing homeless within the City of Wilmington. 

Brock a homeless sex offender is required to verify his address every 30 days and has failed to do so.
