MAGNOLIA MAN SOUGHT FOR FAILURE TO RE-REGISTER


DSP News Release:  Magnolia Man Sought for Failure to Re-Register

Suspect and Active Arrest Warrant:

  • William E. Irving Jr-63 Magnolia, De
  • 5’03” 146 lbs Bald, Brown-eyes

 

  • Failure to Re Register as a Sex Offender Within 3 Days After Address/Place of Employment Change

 

 Resume:

Magnolia- Delaware State Police has obtained an arrest warrant for William E. Irving Jr-63 of Magnolia Delaware.  Irving is a Tier 3 Sex Offender who is believed to be residing in the 400 block of Lambert Drive Magnolia Delaware. 

 

Irving originally registered as living on the unit block of Terry Drive Magnolia Delaware.  The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration unit on June 23, 2011 learned that Irving is now living at a new location.

 

The SOAR unit has obtained an arrest warrant for Irving who failed to re-register his new Magnolia address with the 3 days required by law.
