Dover- Milton L. Riddick -51 of Dover, DE has registered as a Homeless Sex Offender with the Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit (SOAR).

Milton L. Riddick-51 is NOT wanted however if anyone has any knowledge of Riddick living at a specific residence; please notify Agent Kevin Wilson of the Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit (SOAR) 302-741-8086.
