UPDATE: State Police Searching Assault Suspect (Robin S. Marine)

Resume Update: Seaford-Delaware State Police Wednesday evening charged Robin S. Marine-47 of Seaford after he turned himself into authorities at Troop 5 Bridgeville. Marine was charged with Assault Second Degree and other additional related charges for his alleged assault of a 32, 12 and 13 year old Seaford Delaware victims.
Delaware State Police through interviews have obtained additional information as to the alleged reason behind the assault however due to the ongoing nature of the investigation it can not be released.
After being charged Marine was remanded to the Sussex Correctional Institute on $61,000 secured bond.

Resume: Seaford-Delaware State Police Tuesday January 18, 2011 investigated a domestic assault in the 24000 block of Beaver Dam Drive Seaford Delaware.
Delaware State Police received the 911 call around 5:51 p.m. Delaware State Police through the course of their investigation learned that a 32 year old Seaford woman was in her bedroom with Robin S. Marine-47 also of Seaford. The victim was apparently lying on her stomach on her bed in her bedroom with her boyfriend Robin Marine close by.
As the victim was lying on her bed she was suddenly struck multiple times on the back of her head with a hammer by Marine. Delaware State Police is still investigating what may have prompted Marine to suddenly assault the victim. The victim then yelled for help and the 12 and 13 year old victims came assist their mother.
The 13 year old victim attempted to dial 911 however Marine prevented him from completing the call successfully. The 32 year old victim and her two sons following a struggle with Marine were able to flee the residence to an undisclosed location and notify police. (Marine is not the father of the 12 and 13 year old victims)
The 32 year old victim was subsequently treated at Nanticoke Hospital for head injuries sustained in the assault. The injuries appear to be non-life threatening however did require staples.
Delaware State Police obtained arrest warrants for Robin S. Marine and are currently attempting locate him. State Police is requesting citizens who have information about the location of Marine to contact police immediately. Callers may remain anonymous.
