Dover-Blooma G. West-26 of Dover turned herself into authorities for an outstanding criminal warrant.  Wednesday January 19, 2011 West was charged by the Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration unit with failure to re-register as a sex offender within 3 days after address/place of employment change. 

West after her arrest was later released on $1,000 unsecured bond.

Dover-Delaware State Police has obtained an arrest warrant for Blooma G. West a 26 year old Dover woman a Tier II offender for Failure to Re-Register as a Sex Offender within 3 Days after an address and/ or place of employment change. 

The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Registration Apprehension unit is asking citizens to contact police concerning the whereabouts of Blooma G. West.
