Resume Updated 01/20/11: Dover-Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration unit Tuesday January 18, 2011 charged Eric Cooper-40 of Dover with Failure to Re Register as a Sex Offender Within 3 Days After Address/Place of Employment Change and Failure to Register, Re Register or Provide Verification as a Sex Offender as Required.
Eric Cooper was later released on $2,000 unsecured bond.

Resume: Dover-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Registration and Apprehension unit are currently searching for Eric C. Cooper-40 formally of the 100 block of South Governors Boulevard Dover Delaware Capital Park development.
Cooper a Tier I sex offender has failed to re-register with the State Bureau of Identification as required whenever he moves or changes employment. Cooper additional failed to provide verification of address as a sex offender as required.
Delaware State Police has prepared arrest warrants for Cooper and are currently seeking his whereabouts. The Sex Offenders Registration and Apprehension unit is asking citizens to contact police with information about the whereabouts of Cooper. Callers may remain anonymous. Tips may also be forwarded to law enforcement through tip lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-333 3 or on line at www.tipsubmit.com.
