DSP News Release:  Magnolia Man Sought for 3 Separate Criminal Investigations

• 1^st Incident 24 year old Felton Delaware woman
• 2^nd Incident a 55 year old woman, 17 year old male teen and 1 month old infant male all of Magnolia Delaware 
• 3^rd Incident 50 year old man Magnolia Delaware.  

Suspect(s):

Magnolia-Delaware State Police have investigated multiple complaints involving Donzelle M. Robinson-20 of Magnolia Delaware in the month of January 2011. 

Delaware State Police Tuesday January 11, 2011 investigated the first incident on the unit block of Terry Drive Magnolia after being notified around 6:00 p.m. Delaware State Police learned the altercation began when the 24 year old Felton victim confronted Robinson concerning a personal matter.  Robinson is alleged to have become angered and then followed the victim as she exited the residence. 

Robinson confronted the victim outside the residence and struck her with his fist, grabbed and knocked her to the ground.  Robinson stood over top of the victim and was attempting to strike the victim again when he was pulled away by observers.

Delaware State Police later Tuesday evening January 11, 2011 around 11:50 p.m. responded to a second residence on Terry Drive to investigate the 2^nd incident involving Donzelle Robinson. 

During the second altercation Robinson became involved in an argument with family members.  Robinson is alleged to have brandished a knife at a 17 year old teen while threatening to physically harm him.  A 1 month old infant was inside the residence at the time of the altercation.  Robinson was also allegedly attempting to take custody of his son the 1 month old infant. 

Delaware State Police January 18, 2011 investigated third incident, an assault involving Donzelle Robinson on the unit block of Terry Drive Magnolia Delaware.  This incident was reported to police to have occurred around 10:00 p.m.

During the third incident Robinson was at a residence on Terry Drive when he interceded into an argument between the 55 victim and a 35 year woman.  Robinson is alleged to have begun arguing with the victim.  Robinson during the altercation picked up a claw hammer and struck the victim multiple times about his face and chest. 

Robinson after hearing that the police were called fled from the residence and attempts to find him have thus far been unsuccessful.  Delaware State Police is asking citizens to contact police concerning the whereabouts of Robinson.  Robinson is known to frequent Magnolia and Harrington areas of Kent County.  Callers may remain anonymous.
