Delaware Law Enforcement for Special Olympics is hosting a Dodgeball Tournament to benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Delaware on Saturday, March 19, 2011 beginning at 0800 hours.  The tournament will be held in the Caesar Rodney High School Gymnasium.

The tournament will consist of the first 24 teams to register.  Those 24 teams will be divided into 3 different brackets.

The minimum age to participate is 16 years old.  Teams must consist of six players and may have two alternate players.  Teams can consist of all male, female, or co-ed members.  Each team is guaranteed to play in at least five games.  Games will be played under the rules and regulations of the National Dodgeball League.  Food and refreshments will be available to purchase on site.

The entry fee for each team member is $50.00.  All team members will receive a Dodgeball Madness event t-shirt. Trophies will be given to the overall tournament winner and runner up.  To register for the event, please visit www.sode.org or call Special Olympics Delaware (302)-831-3482.
