• 11 counts Theft Under $1,500 Where a Victim is 62 years of Age or Older
• 11 counts Unlawful Use of a Credit Card

In the month of December Delaware State Police conducted an investigation into unlawful use of a credit card occurring at several locations throughout Millville, Ocean View and Clarksville. 

Delaware State Police was contacted by the 72 year old victim who had recently noticed suspicious purchases on his credit card amounting to $1026.00 dollars.  Delaware State Police Fraudulent Crimes unit were able to obtain video from one of the stores which helped identify the suspect. 

Delaware State Police have obtained arrest warrants for Mark A. Mathewson of Ocean View for theft and unlawful use of a credit card.  Delaware State Police are currently searching for Mathewson and request the publics help in locating him.  Callers may remain anonymous.
