DSP News Release: Dover Man Wanted for Failing to Re-Register as a Sex Offender

Dover-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Registration and Apprehension unit are currently searching for Eric C. Cooper-40 formally of the 100 block of South Governors Boulevard Dover Delaware Capital Park development. 

Cooper a Tier I sex offender has failed to re-register with the State Bureau of Identification as required whenever he moves or changes employment.  Cooper additional failed to provide verification of address as a sex offender as required. 

Delaware State Police has prepared arrest warrants for Cooper and are currently seeking his whereabouts.  The Sex Offenders Registration and Apprehension unit is asking citizens to contact police with information about the whereabouts of Cooper.  Callers may remain anonymous.
