Frederica-This is a public notice of a registered Homeless Sex Offender in Frederica Delaware.  James F. Moses is not wanted however if it is determined that Moses resides at a specific address please notify Agent Kevin Wilson of the Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration unit at 302-741-8086.
