Georgetown- Wednesday February 16th Delaware State Police charged George Jester Jr and Dawn M. Greene both of Georgetown after learning that the couple opened four credit accounts using the victim’s information.

A Delaware State Police investigation revealed that in September of 2010 George Jester Jr assisted by Dawn M. Greene used the victim’s name, social security number and date of birth to open credit accounts with Fingerhut, Chase Bank, Capitol One and Swiss Colony credit agencies.

Delaware State Police during this investigation researched the address, phone number and email information listed on the on-line credit applications.  What State Police detectives discovered was that Jester and Greene used their own address, phone number and email account to complete the application process which linked the couple to the crime.

Detectives also learned that Jester had access to the victim’s information because of a prior relationship.  Jester and Greene after being charged were released on $20,000 and $18,500 unsecured bond respectively.
