WILMINGTON MAN WANTED FOR FAILING TO REGISTER


DSP News Release:  Wilmington Man Wanted for Failing to Register

 

Location:  655 S. Bay Road Dover, Delaware (State Bureau of Identification)

 

Date of Occurrence:   February 15, 2011 3:30 p.m.

 

Suspect:   James B. Davis-36 Wilmington, Delaware

                     Moderate Risk (Tier 2)

 

 

Crime:  Failure to Register, Re-Register or Provide Verification as a Sex Offender as Required.

 

Resume:

Dover- Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension Unit (SOAR) is searching for James B. Davis-36 of Wilmington, Delaware.  Davis is required to register a current address with the State Bureau of Identification (SBI) and report any changes within 3 days.  He is also required to verify his address twice a year at SBI, regardless if any information changed.

 

Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Davis.  Anyone with information please notify the Sex Offender’s Registry Enforcement Unit Agent Alex Gallagher at 302-741-8084
