Resume: Harrington-Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit, Delaware State Police Kent County Governors Task Force, Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team, The Delaware Department of Probation and Parole, and Harrington Police Department all were utilized throughout an investigation into Marijuana distribution occurring in the Town of Harrington.
The Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit completed a three month investigation by executing a search warrant in the 100 block of East Street Harrington Delaware. Apprehended during the search were three Harrington residences, Victor J. Teasley, Katina B. Bull and Zamale Bull.
As a result of the search Delaware State Police seized approximately 3 ½ pounds of marijuana and just over $400 United States Currency. A 2006 Mercury Milan implicated in the transportation of marijuana was also seized by the Delaware State Police Drug Unit.
Victor J. Teasley, Katina B. Bull and Zamale Bull were all charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana and other drug related crimes. All three were remanded to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center and Women’s Correctional Institute respectively. (Teasley and Katina Bull are boyfriend/girlfriend. Zamale is the son of Katina. I'm not sure if Teasley is the father.)
