Dover-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit has obtained an arrest warrant for Trey Lambert-18 of Marydel Delaware.  Lambert a Tier 2 Sex Offender is wanted for failing to verify his current address within 3 days after a change of address.
