 Seaford-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit is making a public notification for the Seaford area. 

William B. Tywman-40 of Seaford a Tier 3 Sex Offender is not wanted however has registered as a Homeless Sex Offender.  If anyone has information that he is residing at a specific residence please notify the Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit immediately.
