 Dover-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit is making a public notification for the Dover area. 

Clarence Smalls-40 of Dover a Tier 2 Sex Offender is not wanted however has registered as a Homeless Sex Offender.  If anyone has information that he is residing at a specific residence please notify the Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit immediately.
