Lewes/Rehoboth-Delaware State Police Friday February 4, 2011 charged three men in connection with 15 burglaries committed in Lewes and Rehoboth Delaware area communities.  These burglaries are alleged to have been committed by Richard S. Broadbent-20 of Rehoboth, Steven D. Gregson-20 Lincoln and Colin J. Nilan-20 of Dewey Beach between October 2010 and January 2011.

Delaware State Police throughout the course of their burglary investigations were able to link the trio in conspiring to commit these crimes together.  During these burglaries Broadbent, Gregson and Nilan would force entry into the residences, steal flat screen televisions, power tools, personal items and money. 

Delaware State Police additionally learned that Gregson back on January 4, 2011 was arrested for burglaries committed in the Lewes Community of Whisperings Pines.  Gregson is alleged to have committed these additional burglaries while out on bond awaiting his upcoming trial. 

Broadbent, Gregson and Nilan were all charged and held in Sussex Correctional Institute in default of secured bond.
