Delaware State Police learned the domestic incident occurred around 7:33 p.m. and was between a 59 year old Dover woman and a former boyfriend 51 year old Aaron O. Alls of Wilmington Delaware.
Delaware State Police were advised by the victim that Alls approached her as she was in her car at the Camden Shore Stop. When the victim and Alls arrived at the second location she was able to escape and solicit help from a cab driver. However when the cab driver intervened he was also threatened bodily harm by Alls.
