TWO CHARGED FOLLOWING DRUG INVESTIGATION


DSP News Release: Two Charged Following Drug Investigation

 

Location: Parking Lot of Connie’s Market, SR 6 and SR 42, Clayton, DE

 

Date of Occurrence:  Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 9:30 p.m.

 

Defendants and Charges:  

 

  • Jacquelyne Inzillo, 20, Clayton, DE
  • Michael Tampanello, 34, Smyrna, DE
  • Drug Dealing in Tier II Quantity
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

 

Both defendants arraigned at JP Court 7 and released on $6,600.00 unsecured bail.

Clayton, DE- Delaware State Police Kent County Governor’s Task Force completed a drug investigation with the arrest of 2 subjects on Tuesday, December 13, 2011.

 

The Delaware State Police Kent County Governor’s Task Force culminated a drug investigation with the arrest of Jacquelyne Inzillo-20 and Michael Tampanello-34 as they were occupying a minivan located in the parking lot of Connie’s Market in Clayton.

 

As a result of the arrest and search of the vehicle, Troopers seized a total of 112 prescription pills including Oxycodone, Carisoprodol, and Endocet. Inzillo and Tampanello were both arrested and charged with the above list of crimes. They were then arraigned at JP Court 7 and released on unsecured bail.
