WHAT:      State, County and City officials, law enforcement and Wilmington community clergy join together to announce an upcoming “Gun Buy Back” program that will allow citizens to turn in unwanted weapons in exchange for bank gift cards. Law enforcement will provide information on the designated Gun Buy Back locations, safety precautions, and what citizens can expect when they arrive.
