·         Brown and Dupree committed to HRYCI on $69,000 Cash Bond each and Probation and Parole Administrative Warrants

 

Resume:

Wilmington-The Delaware State Police New Castle County Drug Unit and the Delaware State Police New Castle County Governor’s Task Force completed a drug investigation with the arrest of 2 probationers on Wednesday, November 30, 2011.

 

The Delaware State Police New Castle County Drug Unit and the Delaware State Police New Castle County Governor’s Task Force culminated a drug investigation with the arrest of Thomas Brown-24 and John R. Dupree-26 as they were occupying a Chevrolet Impala, located in the parking lot of 609 Concord Avenue, Wilmington.

 

As a result of the arrest and search of the vehicle, Troopers seized a total of 229 grams of crack and powdered cocaine and two stolen firearms (Smith and Wesson .38 Special Revolver and 9mm Semiautomatic Rugar) reported stolen from Delaware and New Jersey.

 

Brown and Dupree are active probationers and were charged with the above crimes and committed to HRYCI on $69,000 Cash Bond each and Probation and Parole Administrative Warrants
