Houston-The Delaware State Police Kent County Governors Task Force on Monday August 15^th charged Michael W. Fleetwood-25 of Houston Delaware for possessing approximately 12 ½ pounds of marijuana. 

The State Police Governors Task Force executed a search warrant at Fleetwood’s residence on the 400 block of School Street Houston Delaware.  During the search of Fleetwood’s residence the following items were seized:

• Sophisticated Hydroponic Marijuana Grow operation
• High Intensity UV lights
• Multiple fans
• Humidity control devices
• Automated air handling system
• Regulated watering system
• 12 large marijuana
• A second room containing a smaller hydroponic system with 7 marijuana plants
• Digital scales, packaging material, marijuana grow literature and various other amounts of drug paraphernalia

The Delaware State Police Governor’s Task Force took Fleetwood into custody without incident.  Fleetwood was charged with Trafficking Marijuana, Manufacturing Marijuana, Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping Controlled substances, Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.  Fleetwood was arraigned and remanded to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in $8,000 secured bond.
