Resume Update:

Smyrna-Joseph T. Bunner-28 of Dover was apprehended Wednesday evening at a residence on Ronald Lane Smyrna Delaware.  Bunner was taken into custody without incident and charged with Failure to Register, Re Register or Provide Verification as a Sex Offender as required.  Bunner was then remanded to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $1,000.00 secured bond.

DSP News Release: SOAR Unit Seeks Public's Help in Locating Sex Offender

  • 5’10” 190 lbs
  • Brown-hair Blue-eyes
  • Moderate Risk Tier II
  • Failure to Register, Re Register or Provide Verification as a Sex Offender as Required

 

 Resume:

Dover-Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joseph T. Bunner-28 of Dover.  Bunner is a Tier II sex offender and has registered as homeless in the Dover area. 

 

As a Tier II sex offender registered as homeless, Bunner is required to respond to the State Bureau of Identification every 30 days reference verifying his sex offender information. 

 

Delaware State Police SOAR unit obtained an arrest warrant for Bunner who failed to abide by his sex offender registration requirements.
