Seaford-Randy L. Crum-38 of Seaford Delaware was charged yesterday August 3, 2011 after Delaware State Police conducted a sexual assault investigation.  The incident occurred on June 22, 2011. 

State Police during the investigation learned the sexual assault occurred around 11:00 p.m. at Crum’s residence located in the 8300 block of Nylon Avenue Seaford Delaware. 

The 17 year old victim, who is an acquaintance of Crum, was at his residence when he supplied her with two Zanex pills.  The victim is alleged to have been inappropriately touched on two occasions by Crum while in a medicated state of mind.  

State Police detectives charged Crum with Rape, Delivery of Zanex, and Unlawful Sexual Contact.  Crum was arraigned and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $14,000 secured bond.
