• Trey A. Lambert-18 Dover, De
• BM 5’10” 155 lbs Brown-Hair Brown-Eyes
• Active Warrant:  Registered Sex Offender Failed to Verify Address as Required

• Donald Vanderwende-39 Milford, De
• WM 5’08” 180 lbs Brown-Hair Brown-Eyes
• Active Warrant:  Failure to Re Register as a Sex Offender Within 3 Days After Address/Place of Employment Change

 Dover/Milford-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating two registered Sex Offenders who have outstanding criminal charges. 

Trey A. Lambert of Dover a Tier 2 registered Homeless Sex Offender has not reported to the State Bureau of Identification to update his information as required within the 30 day period. 

The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit are also attempting to verify the address of Donald Vanderwende.  Vanderwende a Tier 2 registered Sex Offender registered as living in the 25000 block of Isdell Road Milford.  When SOAR agents attempted to verify Vanderwende’s address they discovered he had not lived at the provided address location for several weeks.  Vanderwende failed to verify his new address within 3 days after an address change as required by law. 

The Sex Offenders unit has obtained arrest warrants for Lambert and Vanderwende.  Lambert is wanted for failing to verify his address as required and Vanderwende for failing to provide updated address information after an address or employment change.
