UPDATE FORGERY SUSPECT TURNS HIMSELF INTO AUTHORITIES:

Resume Update 04/14/11 Millsboro-Delaware State Police have charged Brian E. Bozimski of Millsboro with Forgery and theft charges stemming from an earlier investigation.
Bozimski turned himself into authorities and after being arraigned was released on $3,500 unsecured bond.

Resume: Millsboro-Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brian E. Bozimski-37 of Millsboro; wanted for the theft of checks and forgery crimes.
State Police in December of 2010 investigated the theft of checks from a Millsboro residence. A 20 year old victim notified police after receiving a call from his bank regarding suspicious bank activity.
After obtaining bank records State Police were able to link Brian E. Bozimski-37 of Millsboro with the crime. Bozimski is alleged to have stolen checks from the victim’s residence. Bozimski then cashed one check and attempted to cash a second however was declined by the bank. Bozimski is a former roommate of the victim.
