Charges: Burglary 3^rd Degree, Conspiracy 2^nd Degree, Theft

Resume: David Carty, the third suspect wanted in the burglary of the Bay Bees Pediatrics on Saturday April 2, was arrested this afternoon on the above list of charges. Carty was arraigned at JP Court 2 and released on $4000.00 unsecured bail. However he was held for a Probation Violation in the Sussex Correctional Institute.
